This faucet aerator is water sense certified and can save you up to 55% water as compared to using the standard 2.2 gpm aerator. Dual threads fit 15/16 in.-27 M or 55/64 in.-27 F. Aerators limit water flow through the faucet allowing water use to be reduced compared to the same time flow without an aerator. In the case of hot water, because less water is used, less heat energy is used.
